Complaints Handling Procedure

This note sets out the procedure we will follow in dealing with any complaint:

1. First Point of Contact

All complaints should be addressed initially to George Underwood, Managing Partner, APEX Real Estate Advisors LLP, One Heddon Street, London, W1B 4BD.

2. Written Confirmation

If you have initially made your complaint verbally – whether in person or by telephone – please also confirm it in writing to George Underwood.

3. Initial Response

Once we have received your written complaint, George Underwood or a designated deputy will contact you in writing within seven days. At this stage we will provide you with an initial response, which may be subject to further investigation, and we will invite you to make any further comments.

4. Outcome of Investigation

Within twenty‑eight days of receipt of your written complaint, George Underwood or a designated deputy will write to you, informing you of the outcome of the internal investigation into your complaint and advising what actions have been taken or will be taken.

5. Independent Redress

If we cannot agree on how to resolve your complaint and you are a consumer, you may refer your complaint to our independent redress provider:
