George has 20 years of experience in the UK industrial and logistics sector, specialising in investment, funding and development transactions.

Acting on behalf of the most active investors and developers, George has a proven ability in structuring and delivering capital solutions for complex land, pre-let and speculative funding, vacant and investment projects.

Before co-founding APEX, George was an International Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, having joined through its 2022 acquisition of Burbage Realty Partners. At Burbage, George was a Director and established the firm’s London investment and funding office in 2017. Prior to that, George was a Partner in the Capital Markets team at Gerald Eve (now Newmark), where he grew the team and led high-profile logistics transactions across the UK.
