John has been advising investors on commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals for 20 years.

With a focus on the UK industrial and logistics sector, John’s advisory role covers both standing investments and development fundings.

Before co-founding APEX, John was a Director at Colliers International for 12 years, during which he advised a range of clients, including Funds, Overseas Investors and Property Companies. Prior to Colliers, John was part of the National Commercial Investment Team at Strutt & Parker (now BNP Paribas).
