Nick has over 10 years experience advising investors and developers on acquisitions and disposals within the commercial real estate sector.

Having begun his career in the Retail and Leisure sector, Nick has spent the past 5 years specialising in UK industrial and logistics, working closely with many of the UK’s leading investors and developers on acquisition and disposal mandates.

Prior to joining Apex, Nick was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised a broad range of clients including overseas investors, funds, developers and property companies. Before this, he was part of the UK Industrial and Logistics team at Lambert Smith Hampton, and earlier in his career spent 7 years in the Retail and Leisure investment team at niche specialist, Fawcett Mead.
