Ollie is a Partner at APEX, with over four years’ experience in the industrial and logistics market focusing on leasing and development across core UK locations.

He works with institutional landlords, developers, and investors, advising on leasehold disposals and development opportunities. His experience includes supporting clients with the disposal of existing assets and shaping strategies for large-scale logistics projects.

Prior to joining APEX, Ollie was an Associate Partner at DTRE where he specialised in the Midlands and South East occupational markets. He became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2023.
