Over the last 10 years, Sophia has specialised in investment, funding and development transactions within the UK industrial and logistics sector.

Working closely with many of the UK’s leading investors and developers, Sophia has advised on a wide range of logistics transactions and gained extensive experience in the investment and funding of both built and development logistics assets.

Sophia started her career at Gerald Eve (now Newmark) before moving to Burbage Realty Partners, where she worked alongside George to establish the firm’s London investment and funding office in 2017. Prior to co-founding APEX, Sophia was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield having joined through its 2022 acquisition of Burbage Realty Partners.
